BEST SUMMATION OF BARACK AND MICHELLE EVER
Mychal Massie is a respected writer and talk show host in Los Angeles .

The other evening on my twitter, a person asked me why I didn't like the Obama's?   Specifically I was asked: "I have to ask, why do you hate the Obama's?   It seems personal, not policy related.   You even dissed (disrespect) their Christmas family picture."
The truth is I do not like the Obamas, what they represent, their ideology, and I certainly do not like his policies and legislation.   I've made no secret of my contempt for the Obamas.   As I responded to the person who asked me the aforementioned question, I don't like them because they are committed to the fundamental change of my/our country into what can only be regarded as a Communist state.
I don't hate them per definition, but I condemn them because they are the worst kind of racialists, they are elitist Leninists with contempt for traditional America .  They display disrespect for the sanctity of the office he holds, and for those who are willing to admit same, Michelle Obama's raw contempt for white America is transpicuous.
I don't like them because they comport themselves as emperor and empress.   I expect, no I demand respect, for the Office of President and a love of our country and her citizenry from the leader entrusted with the governance of same.   President and Mrs. Reagan displayed an unparalleled love for the country and her people.  The Reagan's made Americans feel good about themselves and about what we could accomplish.   His arrogance by appointing 32 leftist czars and constantly bypassing congress is impeachable.   Eric Holder is probably the MOST incompetent and arrogant DOJ head to ever hold the job. Could you envision President Reagan instructing his Justice Department to act like jack-booted thugs?
Presidents are politicians and all politicians are known and pretty much expected to manipulate the truth, if not outright lie, but even using that low standard, the Obama's have taken lies, dishonesty, deceit, mendacity, subterfuge and obfuscation to new depths.   They are verbally abusive to the citizenry, and they display an animus for civility.
I do not like them, because they both display bigotry overtly, as in the case of Harvard Professor Louis Gates, when he accused the Cambridge Police of acting stupidly, and her code speak pursuant to now being able to be proud of America .   I view that statement and that mindset as an insult to those who died to provide a country where a Kenyan, his illegal alien relatives, and his alleged progeny, could come and not only live freely, but rise to the highest, most powerful, position in the world.  Michelle Obama is free to hate and disparage whites because Americans of every description paid with their blood to ensure her right to do same.
I have a saying, that "the only reason a person hides things, is because they have something to hide."   No president in history has spent over a million dollars to keep his records and his past sealed.
And what the two of them have shared has been proved to be lies.   He lied about when and how they met, he lied about his mother's death and problems with insurance, Michelle lied to a crowd pursuant to nearly $500,000 bank stocks they inherited from his family.   He has lied about his father's military service, about the civil rights movement, ad nausea.   He lied to the world about the Supreme Court in a State of the Union address.   He berated and publicly insulted a sitting Congressman.   He has surrounded himself with the most rabidly, radical, socialist academicians today.   He opposed rulings that protected women and children that even Planned Parenthood did not seek to support.   He is openly hostile to business and aggressively hostile to Israel .   His wife treats being the First Lady as her personal American Express Black Card (arguably the most prestigious credit card in the world).   I condemn them because, as people are suffering, losing their homes, their jobs, their retirements, he and his family are arrogantly showing off their life of entitlement - as he goes about creating and fomenting class warfare.
I don't like them, and I neither apologize nor retreat from my public condemnation of them and of his policies.   We should condemn them for the disrespect they show our people, for his willful and unconstitutional actions pursuant to obeying the Constitutional parameters he is bound by, and his willful disregard for Congressional authority.
Dislike for them has nothing to do with the color of their skin; it has everything to do with their behavior, attitudes, and policies.   And I have open scorn for their constantly playing the race card.
It is my intention to do all within my ability to ensure their reign is one term.  I could go on, but let me conclude with this.  I condemn in the strongest possible terms the media for refusing to investigate them, as they did President Bush and President Clinton, and for refusing to label them for what they truly are.   There is no scenario known to man, whereby a white president and his wife could ignore laws, flaunt their position, and lord over the people, as these two are permitted out of fear for their color.
As I wrote in a syndicated column titled, "Nero In The White House" - "Never in my life, inside or outside of politics, have I witnessed such dishonesty in a political leader.  He is the most mendacious political figure I have ever witnessed.   Even by the low standards of his presidential predecessors, his narcissistic, contumacious arrogance is unequalled.  Using Obama as the bar, Nero would have to be elevated to sainthood...   Many in America wanted to be proud when the first person of color was elected president, but instead, they have been witness to a congenital liar, a woman who has been ashamed of America her entire life, failed policies, intimidation, and a commonality hitherto not witnessed in political leaders.   He and his wife view their life at our expense as an entitlement - while America 's people go homeless, hungry and unemployed."

This was sent to me in an email I certainly agree with it!

Obama app

Curious how many Democrats live on your block? Just download the Obama campaign's new mobile app.
The app, released last week, includes a Google map for canvassers that recognizes your current location and marks nearby Democratic households with small blue flags.
Interactive Features
For each targeted address, the app displays the first name, age and gender of the voter or voters who live there: "Lori C., 58 F, Democrat."
All this is public information, which campaigns have long given to volunteers. But you no longer have to schedule a visit to a field office and wait for a staffer to hand you a clipboard and a printed-out list of addresses.
With the Obama app, getting a glimpse of your neighbor's political affiliation can take seconds.
While The New York Times dubbed the app "the science-fiction dream of political operatives," some of the voters who appear in the app are less enthusiastic about it.
"I do think it's something useful for them, but it's also creepy," said Lori Carena, 58, a long-time Brooklyn resident, when she was shown the app. "My neighbors across the street can know that I'm a Democrat. I'm not sure I like that." ....

Shaun Dakin, a voter privacy advocate and longtime critic of political robocalling, flagged the Obama app last week as a "total privacy fail."
Dakin, who criticized the Obama campaign's 2008 Neighbor to Neighbor program on similar grounds, said voters should have the right to opt out of being contacted by political campaigns.

He also questioned why the Obama app included the ages of nearby voters, another piece of information that people might not want to have made public.  (

I didn't realize that that information was available anywhere let alone on a mobile app, glad I'm not a registered democrat!

Kids being used in Politics

There was a entry on a friend's facebook page:
Just cuz I saw this on my way home this morning, is it ok to make your kids hold political signs on street corners?

This reminded me of the videos that were posted around our president's election with kids singing about him.  Above is one video, most of the others were removed from YouTube due to violating the terms of service.

To me this video is much more frightening than holding signs on a street corner!  We should teach our children reading, writing and arithmetic not praise of a political leader!

Free Birth Control

This is one of my favorite quotes from an Obama supporter.

I can understand that a not that well educated person might believe that there are actually free things in life, but the President of the US (a Harvard educated lawyer) should know better.

His compromise for the Catholic Church's complaint about supplying "Free" birth control and abortions is to make the insurance companies do it.  Does he really not understand that "Free" birth control must cost someone?  If an insurance company is required to supply a "free" something, they will raise rates.  So his compromise is still costing the Catholic Church to pay for the "Free" birth control.

I guess he has never had to actually pay for anything himself; especially now that he is President (note his numerous parties and gala presentations he has had while President).

New Car continued

I have decided to give my old car to C.O.O.L.  (Christian Outreach of Lutherans), which is where I gave our last one (12 years ago).

In general, I like to buy American cars, but the only hybrid other than the Prius that I would consider is the Ford Fusion.  The Ford costs about $5000 more and doesn't get as good mileage,

I refuse to consider buying a GM (Obama Motors) car.  Other then the Chevy Volt burning down garages and houses (link,  link2); we lost a lot of money when Obama gave the company to the Government and the Labor Unions (who were instrumental in causing the trouble)  and I will not support any company that  was bailed out.

Chrysler is owned by a foreign company and bailed out.

And Japan was ravaged by the weather and came back without any help from our government.  So buying a Toyota helps those who help themselves.

Absentee President

P.O. is in many ways a absentee president.  Instead of proposing bills, he allowed Harry Reid & Pelosi to write them, hence the horrible "Obamacare" bill.  Most presidents give clear directions on what they want but not PO.

As a IL Senator, he voted present 129 times.  Otherwise he would have had to take a position.

He was elected to the US Senate, only after the best Republican was forced out of the race because his sealed divorce records were opened by a friendly Democrat judge,

As a President, he has golfed 60 times after saying he was focusing like a laser on jobs.  Add the fundraising trips paid for by us the US taxpayers and his wife's trips at our expense, maybe he could do some work for his pay!

Plus he is such a "great" orator:

"We're not trying to push financial reform because we begrudge success that's fairly earned. I mean, I do think at a certain point you've made enough money. But, you know, part of the American way is, you know, you can just keep on making it if you're providing a good product or providing good service. We don’t want people to stop, ah, fulfilling the core responsibilities of the financial system to help grow our economy." —on Wall Street reform, Quincy, Ill., April 29, 2010

"UPS and FedEx are doing just fine, right? It's the Post Office that's always having problems." –attempting to make the case for government-run healthcare, while simultaneously undercutting his own argument, Portsmouth, N.H., Aug. 11, 2009

"I think when you spread the wealth around, it's good for everybody." -- defending his tax plan to Joe the Plumber, who argued that Obama's policy hurts small-business owners like himself, Toledo, Ohio, Oct. 12, 2008

"I've now been in 57 states -- I think one left to go." --at a campaign event in Beaverton, Oregon

"It's not surprising, then, they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations." --explaining his troubles winning over some working-class voters

Let's try to elect a real President this time!

Business

No one in the P.O. administration knows anything about business.  There are no businessmen in his cabinet  or inner circle.

Business is in business to make money.  P.O. believes that their purpose is to be taxed or to give jobs to workers.  These are only byproducts of a successful business not their goals.

P.O. believes that by raising taxes on businesses he can close the trillions of dollar budget deficit.  Businesses are not really taxed!  Businesses raise their prices or cut jobs to maintain a profit.

P.O. believes that by making it easier for unions to organize that more jobs will be created.  Higher wages and restrictive work rules do not make for more jobs, only a less profitable business which leads to organizations like the auto industries which can not compete with foreign companies which lead to bailouts and fewer jobs.

P.O. believes by taxing small businessmen that the deficit will decrease.  People unlike P.O. are not stupid, they will not work of hard or expand if it costs them more than it is worth.

Profits are not evil as P.O. believes.  Profits allow expansion and give stock holder money  to spend.

Competence

In many of my jobs, I was very competent.  In the Navy, I was an excellent EOOW (Engineering Officer of the Watch - in charge of the sub's nuclear plant).  In my NRC days, I was probably the best Nuclear Simulator operator licensing engineer.  When I was an instructor, I was very good at the simulator.

The Chicago Blackhawks are very competent at playing hockey as shown by their Stanley Cup victory.  My wife is very competent in most every thing she does.  My kids are extremely competent as parents.

Why can't we have a competent President?  P.O. has failed as an ambassador for the US (he apologizes every where he goes for our faults(or at least his opinion of what are faults)), he has basically bankrupted the country with his budget (my grandkids and their kids will be paying for it), he has failed in protecting the country, and he has failed in his handling of the gulf oil spill.

P.O. is in over his head.  He has never run anything.  I thought he was at least competent; boy was I wrong!  The Peter Principle at its finest!

Kids Today

Kids!
I don't know what's wrong with these kids today!
Kids!
Who can understand anything they say?
Kids!
They a disobedient, disrespectful oafs!
Noisy, crazy, dirty, lazy, loafers!
While we're on the subject:
Kids!
You can talk and talk till your face is blue!
Kids!
But they still just do what they want to do!
Why can't they be like we were,
Perfect in every way?
What's the matter with kids today?
Kids!
I've tried to raise him the best I could
Kids! Kids!
Laughing, singing, dancing, grinning, morons!
And while we're on the subject!
Kids! They are just impossible to control!
Kids! With their awful clothes and their rock an' roll!
Why can't they dance like we did
What's wrong with Sammy Caine?
What's the matter with kids today!   ("Kids" from Bye Bye Birdie)

I was thinking about kids now and then (back in the dark ages when we were kids).  When I was young, we used to bicycle to the Detroit Zoo (it was then free to enter, we kids didn't have any money) which is on a very busy highway.  Now a days the kids are not allowed to go anywhere without being driven.  I saw the kid across the street come back from a soccer game in the family van; my poor kids had to bicycle to soccer games which were as close as the neighbor's game was.

We did not have any money and today if you look at the High School parking lot you will see cars, pickups, or vans that are much nicer than our Minivan.  It seems that every kid has a Cell Phone, in the olden days we used Carrier Pigeons (just kidding we had nothing to call home or our buddies).

Some advantages we had, we could get jobs (there is 30-40% unemployment in the 20-30 range thanks to P.O.).  Our teachers seemed to care more about teaching us then keeping Politically Correct speech in the classroom.  We were able to fail (believe or not we actually kept score in sports).  We were able to play baseball or football or etc. without coaches or team uniforms.

(Caveat : my grandkids appear to be raised in the correct (in my opinion) manner).

Vote your Beliefs

The latest bribe from P.O. is giving the brother of a Congressman a judgeship (appointed Scott Matheson to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals at the same time Barack Obama hosted his brother, Rep. Jim Matheson (D-UT) at the White House to convince him to switch to a yes vote on ObamaCare).

If you believe in ObamaCare vote for it (I don't) but don't fill the bill with bribes.  It seems to me that any bill that has as much pressure via bribes or strong-arming to pass might not be in the best interest of the citizens of the U.S..

On a separate subject, why are the left and the main street media (which is not main street in its views and slants) so into trying to destroy Sarah Palin.  She may not be perfect but many times she speaks as many people believe and don't hear anywhere else.

ObamaCare

If you limit the profit of an organization then there is less of an incentive to perform the business well.  P.O.'s "new" "improved" health care bill's newest trick is to limit the ability of Insurance companies to raise their rates (who doesn't want something for nothing).

The rest of the bill sounds an awful lot like the failed bills that "passed" the house and senate.  I don't understand why they are so committed to passing a very unpopular bill.  They will lose several Senate and House seats over it (I personally would be happy with that result!).

Since P.O. basically has told Reid and Pelosi to write bills with no direction from him; why is he surprised by the public outcry when the bills come from those far left legislators.

Fortunately I will still have my lovely wife and kids grandkids, even though they (kids and grandk's) will end up paying for it.

Electoral College

Various states are introducing legislation that would require the electoral voters for the Presidential election to vote for the candidate who has gotten the most votes in the nation.  As you probably know when we vote for the presidential candidate we are actually voting for electors who then vote for the candidate that they are pledged for (though they are not required to vote that way as has happened in various elections) most states do not split the votes so the person who has won the majority of the votes in a state gets all that states electoral votes.

I am against this since I want even small states to have a vote in the election of a President.  A few corrupt states (IL. NJ,etc.) with widespread vote fraud could determine the election; whereas, now they just corrupt their states.

There are various videos that show that most people don't know anything about politics or the government (many people asked who controls congress thought the Repub's do, even though the Dems have been in power since 2006 and this year with vast majorities).  A famous video (in conservative circles) shows a woman saying now that P.O. is elected she would not have to pay for her mortgage or food another asked about where P.O. will get the money for her says from his stash!  These people are deciding our future, hopefully the Good Lord will protect us!

Thanks Grandkids

Our P.O. has proposed a deficit for the next fiscal year of $1,600,000,000,000.  With a population of approx. 308,663,076 this means each person will owe an extra $5183 without considering the interest which will compound each year.

The budget is $3.6 trillion so 44% of it is not funded.  The estimated median income for a family of 4 is $70,354 (10/08 to 9/09 with the unemployment it is probably much less now).  So P.O. has spent  $20,732 out of the $70K+ or 29.5% for that family.  I really don't want my Grandkids to pay for this!

Of course, P.O. has a solution tax the rich!  Tax the small business owners who create the majority of the jobs in the US.  P.O. get a CLUE!

INCOME, n.
The natural and rational gauge and measure of respectability, the commonly accepted standards being artificial, arbitrary and fallacious; for, as "Sir Sycophas Chrysolater" in the play has justly remarked, "the true use and function of property (in whatsoever it consisteth -- coins, or land, or houses, or merchant- stuff, or anything which may be named as holden of right to one's own subservience) as also of honors, titles, preferments and place, and all favor and acquaintance of persons of quality or ableness, are but to get money. Hence it followeth that all things are truly to be rated as of worth in measure of their serviceableness to that end; and their possessors should take rank in agreement thereto, neither the lord of an unproducing manor, howsoever broad and ancient, nor he who bears an unremunerate dignity, nor yet the pauper favorite of a king, being esteemed of level excellency with him whose riches are of daily accretion; and hardly should they whose wealth is barren claim and rightly take more honor than the poor and unworthy."(DD)

Spend more Save more

I was watching the TV & numerous Black Friday, Brown Saturday, Gray Sunday, Cyber Monday sales where on. The one which to me is the most ridiculous is the "Buy More Save More" ads. The best way to save more is to buy nothing!

P.O. & his allies believe since the first stimulus bill failed; we need another one! This is the Buy more save more in government. If spending money did not work then they believe spending more is the solution. Most people who are in their right minds don't truly believe continuing doing something that doesn't work more will work!

Kill Bill Kill Jobs

There was a movie a while back called "Kill Bill vol I" that I made the mistake of renting from the Library. It was about some woman who I think was trying to quit some sort of assassination group and they didn't want her to. There was a lot of senseless violence with a lot of blood & fighting of one vs. many many ninja types. The movie was a waste of time (my lovely wife was sensible enough to not watch it) and really was completely mindless.

Now we have politicians who do not understand how business works; business hires the people who pay taxes. There is a finite amount of money to buy bonds or invest in businesses. The government (which used have an AAA+ rating on its bonds) is borrowing all the money that could have gone to individuals or businesses that would be used to grow businesses which would lead to more jobs.

The Congress & P.O.'s highest priorities are Cap & Trade and Health Care "Reform." Both of these will Kill Jobs; especially the Cap & Trade Bill which raises taxes on all energy (coal, gas, oil,etc.). More money to government means less money for the small business people to create a products & jobs. HC "Reform" is basically for the first 4-5 years just a tax increase plus more regulation on insurance companies; which (you guessed it) leaves less money for the producers in society. Some actual reforms like containing lawsuit abuse or allowing insurance to sell across state lines (proposed by R) are not in the bill.

Kill Bill was mindless as are our politicians are in Kill Jobs mode.

MIND, n. A mysterious form of matter secreted by the brain. Gov Health

It is amazing to me that people really believe that the government can run health care.

A government that was responsible to get swine (H1N1) flu vaccine to the people. They promised 120,000,000 doses by October as which they delivered 20M. The same government that has basically run out of business the domestic vaccine business due to regulation & law suits. That has run the Post Office, Medicare, Social Security, Amtrak, etc. into bankruptcy.

The cost of Pelosicare is $1.2 trillion where the taxes raised include: on medical devices, on "Gold plated" medical insurance plans, $500 billion reductions in medicare, etc. More regulations on insurance companies, NO torte reform, as the Wall Street Journal has called "the worst bill ever" with 1900 pages of bill.

If you have a reasonable Senator or Rep (maybe my son's "good friend") call them & tell them that this is ridiculous bill should be voted against. I don't have any that would be affected by me.

Arrogance

In their speeches to the IOC (International Olympic Committee), the Obama couple used "I" or "me" a total of 57 times. M.O. 34 & P.O. 23 times.

Reports have said that the arrogance (vanity) turned off many of the Olympic voters. I suspect that Rio would have gotten the Olympics anyhow (there has never been one in South America); but being the first country voted out was an embarrassment.

It takes some arrogance to be successful as a politician; but I long for the class of Bush II. It is alright to be vain if you are good or have accomplished something, but not if your only accomplishment is being elected to political office against an unpopular opponent & a disliked President.

“Men know everything - all of them- all the time - no matter how stupid or inexperienced or arrogant or ignorant they are” Andrea Dworkin

“You can have a certain arrogance, and I think that's fine, but what you should never lose is the respect for the others.” Steffi Graf

When men are most sure and arrogant they are commonly most mistaken, giving views to passion without that proper deliberation which alone can secure them from the grossest absurdities. DAVID HUME

He was like a cock who thought the sun had risen to hear him crow. GEORGE ELIOT

You Lie!

A SC-R congressman couldn't hold it in any more & said "You Lie!" to P.O. the other night. The fact that P.O. was lying (e.g., health care as not adding to the deficit, etc.) has not been mentioned as much as the fact that someone who rude to the Prez. P.O. also talked about those lying others (R's) but that was not "relevant."

It is interesting about lies we don't let them bother us as much as we use to let them. We use to hold politicians accountable for their lies but now we say "well they are pols so how can we except them to be honest!"

Parents often lie to their kids "it won't hurt", "we have no money for X", "we never Y when we were kids". What do you answer to someone if they ask how they look when it looks like they were in a accident with a lot of food? (Fortunately I don't have to lie about my lovely wife, she always looks good to me!)

White lies, black lies, what is the difference?

“I'm not upset that you lied to me, I'm upset that from now on I can't believe you” Friedrich Nietzsche

“I love you, and because I love you, I would sooner have you hate me for telling you the truth than adore me for telling you lies.” Pietro Aretino

“Sometimes I lie awake at night, and ask, 'Where have I gone wrong?' Then a voice says to me, 'This is going to take more than one night.'” Charles M. Schulz

Tell your friend a lie. If he keeps it secret, then tell him the truth.” Proverb

Czars

It is interesting to me that we call various people Czars. P.O. has at least 30 some Czars for everything from Autos to Green Jobs. There is some concern that these Czars are not vetted by Congress.

As long as they act as advisors to P.O. I don't see any problem, but if they have powers to regulate us individuals; I'm Agin them! It is surprising to me that people are surprised that P.O. is so liberal (socialist, communistic); his voting record in Congress was (when he bothered to vote) the most liberal record.

Hope & Change are not always good!

“With my team I am an absolute czar. My men know it. I order plays and they obey. If the don't, I fine them.” John McGraw

“When the Czar has a cold all Russia coughs” Russian Proverb

There is no justice among men. Czar Nicholas II

Onion

I subscribe to The Onion podcasts via ITunes. They had an interesting one a few days ago. It was talking about ways to reduce the national debt. One (linked above) a phony coupe and another using the gold reserves to go to a Money4Gold site.

The Onion (for those who don't know) is a satirical news organization. At least they have some ideas unlike a certain president I know of!

“People say satire is dead. It's not dead; it's alive and living in the White House.” Robin Williams

“You can't make up anything anymore. The world itself is a satire. All you're doing is recording it.” Art Buchwald

“Satire should, like a polished razor keen, Wound with a touch that's scarcely felt or seen”
Mary Worley Montagu

SATIRE, (n) An obsolete kind of literary composition in which the vices and follies of the author's enemies were expounded with imperfect tenderness. In this country satire never had more than a sickly and uncertain existence, for the soul of it is wit, wherein we are dolefully deficient, the humor that we mistake for it, like all humor, being tolerant and sympathetic. Moreover, although Americans are "endowed by their Creator" with abundant vice and folly, it is not generally known that these are reprehensible qualities, wherefore the satirist is popularly regarded as a soul-spirited knave, and his ever victim's outcry for codefendants evokes a national assent.
Hail Satire! be thy praises ever sung
In the dead language of a mummy's tongue,
For thou thyself art dead, and damned as well --
Thy spirit (usefully employed) in Hell.
Had it been such as consecrates the Bible
Thou hadst not perished by the law of libel.
Barney Stims (DD)
