There was a commercial which said when EF Hutton talks people listen. EF Hutton is now part of Citigroup which is in big time trouble; where the government is going to take a 40% ownership stake.
When President Obama talks the stock market goes down. He announces the stimulus the stock market tanks almost 300 points (DJIA), he announces his mortgage plan down goes the market, he announces his budget the market is down 119 points.
An additional request for President Obama is to not speak for Lent; give the stock market a chance to rebound.
Remember Joe Bfstplk (man with cloud over head) by Al Capp; Obama is a modern day one.
